ImernowStudio allows users to request deletion of their stored data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:
Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your registered email address
- Your Facebook account email if applicable
- The Facebook Page connected to this application
- A clear request to delete your data from ImernowStudio
What Data Will Be Deleted
- User account data
- Connected Facebook account data
- Facebook Page data stored in our system
- Uploaded media files
- AI generated media files if requested
- Captions and scheduling records
- Magnific API key records stored in encrypted form
- Related logs where deletion is legally and technically possible
Processing Time
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verification.
