ImernowStudio respects your privacy. This application is used to help users manage Facebook Pages, schedule content, publish content, and create AI-assisted media assets.

Information We Collect

• User account information such as name and email address
• Facebook account and Page information approved by the user
• Facebook Page access permissions granted by the user
• Uploaded media files for publishing and scheduling purposes
• Captions, posting schedules, and publishing history
• AI generation task data and media results
• Magnific API key records stored in encrypted form
• Billing and subscription information

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide Page management, direct publishing, content scheduling, AI Studio features, media library, billing, and publishing workflow.

Facebook Data

Facebook data is used only to display managed Pages, publish content to selected Pages, retrieve Page-related information, and provide user-requested Page management features.

Data Storage

Uploaded media files may be stored temporarily or according to the user's storage quota. Files may be automatically deleted after successful publishing or according to cleanup rules.

AI Data

AI generation requests are processed through connected AI providers such as Magnific API using the user's configured API key or API key purchased through the platform.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the application, such as hosting, payment processing, AI API providers, and Meta APIs.

Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data at any time by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
